Chicago-based wealth-management firm Mosaic Financial Group LLC is planning to relocate its offices to The Bell, a 32-story office building at 225 W. Randolph Street.
Owned by The Onni Group, The Bell is situated at the southeast corner of Franklin and Randolph Streets in the heart of the West Loop. The 850,000-square-foot skyscraper features an 88-stall underground parking garage and outdoor plaza and is in immediate proximity to Chicago’s two major commuter rail stations.
Onni Group purchased the building in 2021 and completed a complete renovation, reported the Chicago Business Journal. The Mosaic Group is moving from 303 E. Wacker Drive to an 8,051-square-foot space at The Bell next year. The firm signed a lease with a 12-year term, with Bradford Allen’s Ben Azulay representing the client.
